Dear colleague,

We are pleased to inform you that your submission has been accepted. We truly appreciate your contribution and are looking forward to welcoming you at the conference.

Please read the attached instructions carefully.

Kindly note that the participation fee must be paid between 25 June and 15 August. Due to technical reasons, we will not be able to accept payments after this date.

If the fee is not paid by 15 August, your presentation will be removed from the programme. Please also note that the fee is non-refundable in case of non-attendance.
